■ 水溶性薄膜应用在刺绣中的优点
1、薄膜是一种完全生物降解的环保材料；
2、薄膜在冷水中完全溶解，简化了后处理工作，提高生产效率，减少处理能耗；
3、替代传统绣花衬底(纸朴、无纺布)，避免传统刺绣工艺中纺织品在高温处理下容易变形和脱色。
■ 注意事项
1、水溶性薄膜极易吸湿，它的物理性能也随着含水率的不同有所变化, 因此，水溶性薄膜在温、湿度较低的冬天时会变得硬一些，而在温、湿度较高的春夏季会变得柔软一些。
2、根据使用环境的温、湿程度，建议按季节选用不同型号的水溶性薄膜。
3、水溶性薄膜要注意防潮，储存在干燥、避光、避热源，较适宜的温湿度是7-30℃和20-70%RH，不用时应用普通塑料袋封装好。
4、对刺绣纺织品进行漂洗时，若采取加强搅拌、增加漂洗水量或提高漂洗水温等措施，可以减少漂洗处理时间
