硫醚沙星适应症：各种淡海水鱼类：红斑、烂鳃、赤皮、烂皮、腐皮、溃烂、打印、 疖疮、烂鳍、烂尾、肤霉、脱粘、白头白嘴。虾类：烂鳃、黑鳃、黑斑、白体、红体、水霉、红肢综合症。蟹类：腐壳病、黑鳃、烂肢、水肿、抖抖、水霉、蚂蟥等病。蚌类：侧齿炎、水肿、烂斧足、烂鳃、鳃霉、水霉、扁蛭等病。甲鱼：红脖子、红底板、溃烂、穿孔、疖疮、白眼病、白斑、烂嘴、白毛、水蛭。龟：颈溃疡病、腐甲病、烂板壳病、白眼、溃烂、口腔炎、肤霉、水蛭。鳗鱼、黄鳝、泥鳅：红斑、皮肤病、打印、赤皮、烂尾、腐皮水霉、烂鳃、水蛭。

用途：硫醚沙星有着极强的渗透杀灭机理。对革兰氏阳性和阴性细菌均具有杀灭或抑制作用，对部分真菌能杀灭或抑制，且有抗病毒作用，药物在到达水体后，既能杀灭水体病源,又能渗透到动物表皮中杀灭病原体，且能刺激表皮细胞增生具有促进皮肤组织修复等功能。同时对球虫或原虫类寄生虫均能杀灭或抑制。

硫醚沙星用法用量：每100ml药用20kg水稀释后全池均匀泼洒。⑴治疗皮肤类疾病：一般病情，每亩·米用100ml；若病情较重，第二天再用一次即可。

⑵治疗水蛭（蚂蟥）病：每亩·米用药100-200ml，施药后，须将漂浮的水蛭（蚂蟥）捞起。

(3）用于浸泡：2ppm浓度，5分钟即可（一般水产动物）；若低于100g重的小甲鱼浸泡一次不得超过1分钟 。
