本产品主要应用于hdpe，pp工程塑料注塑制品，使制品表皮光洁，无凹凸痕，改善注塑件由于冷却造成收缩不均匀的问题，减少收缩变形，提高尺寸稳定性，尤其是针对高精度塑料制品有显著作用。可通做成产品后产品拿去130高温烘半小时不变型，不收缩。目前市场上很多注塑厂家在注塑产品时，成型时产品出现不同程度收缩，从而影响制品品质。对注塑不是很了解的人都知道这是模具的问题或是原料收缩率大的问题。因为模具复杂，注塑压力在模腔内必然会减少，在复杂型腔内由于压力不够加上物料冷却时的收缩，必定会使制品出现缩水、收缩变形等问题。如果这时去改模具，另开一套模的成本也很大，况且开了模后也不知能不能解决问题。添加防收缩剂，利用它在注塑型腔内膨胀就可以解决缩水、收缩难题。传统收缩剂虽起到抗收缩作用，但制品表面起花纹，影响观感，我司防收缩剂不但能起到抗收缩的作用，而且不影响制品表面光洁度，不影响制品其他物理性能。
