气密性试验仪试验步骤
充气检查方法是将5号注射针与压力表相连接，用打气筒进行充气，当压力表达到0.25MPa时停止充气，保持15min，压力下降在10%以内，说明焊接缝合格。如压力下降过快说明有渗漏，用肥皂水涂在焊缝上，有气泡的地方重新补焊。
