1、接通电源，应先检查电源线是否安全可靠，控制器上的开关按钮应在关闭状态。

2、接通电源，检查电压应是380V，电源指示灯亮。

3、检查电机旋转方向是否正确。检查方法如下：将提锤挂钩置于击实锤之下，若开机将锤提起，说明电机旋转向正确（逆时针方向），反之说明电机方向反了，应调换电源相位接法。

4、检查控制器各个按钮工作是否可靠。

5、试机正常后，方可进行正式试验。
