二、售后服务

产品售后服务工作由本厂售后服务部与全国的授权代理商和经销商共同完成。

三、免费质保期内提供24小时电话技术支持与4小时响应服务，24小时内解决问题，24小时内仍无法解决问题的按原型号及材质进行更换。

四、质保期间

质保一年，质保期内，本厂免费对设备及配件进行维修；因不可抗拒力(如水灾、火灾、地震、雷击、电压异常或人为)造成的损坏不在保修之列。

The warranty period is one year. During the warranty period, our factory will repair the equipment ａnd accessories free of charge. Any damage caused by force majeure such as flood, fire, earthquake, lightning strike, abnormal voltage or man-made damage is not included in the warranty.

五、质保期过后服务内容
