1、查看顶盖与底座内是否有密封圈并拧紧各螺丝后检查容器是否漏气。

2、将搅拌均匀的浆液在自加水开始的7min内倒入容积为400ml的压力容器过滤漏斗中。

3、倒入浆液体积为200ml，安装并旋紧上端盖子，静置10min，上端连接压缩空气，开启压缩空气阀，迅速加压至试验压力。

4、保持试验压力5min后，关闭压缩空气阀卸压，使漏斗下部泌水管中的泌水全部流出，记录泌水体积，精确至0.2ml。
