美国柯惠抗血栓压力泵系统Kendall SCD™ 700 Series Controller抗血栓感应压力系统包括三个组成部分：主机、独立连接管、腿套或脚套。

多合一主机：
给予腿部或双脚压力，或同时对腿部和脚给予压力，经临床证实的连续、圆周、梯度腿部压力5秒，130mmHg脚部压力

美国柯惠抗血栓压力泵系统Kendall SCD™ 700 Series Controller提供*可靠、*有效以及*个人化的压力治疗方案：
1. *适合压力模式：
①梯度压力：脚踝45mmHg ，小腿40mmHg ，大腿30mmHg ，保证血液单向流动；
②圆周压力：通过充气腿套对腿部进行圆周压力，有效清除静脉瓣后血液瘀积；
③连续压力：压力循环内，先对脚踝腔充气，保持适当压力的同时再对小腿腔充气，达到适合压力后再对大腿腔充气，*后三个腔达到各自设定压力后完成压力循环，从而避免静脉瓣受损，清空腿部血液，确保血流速度稳定在一个较高的水平。
2. 个人化的压力循环时间：美国柯惠抗血栓压力泵系统Kendall SCD™ 700 Series Controller能测量腿部血液流动的变化，由此计算出病人的静脉充盈时间并调整加压的频率；每隔30分钟系统会重新检测病人的静脉充盈时间和调整加压频率。
3. 血液流速以使血液瘀积减到*小：压力循环在静脉充盈后马上开始，从而促使*多血液流动，减少血栓形成。
4. 物理预防深静脉血栓，无创安全，无副作用。机械刺激可使内皮细胞释放纤维蛋白溶酶原，从而增加全身纤维蛋白溶解活性。
5. 一键式自动化操作：无须人工设置参数，只需一个按钮，系统就能提供持续的具有临床保证的连续、梯度压力。微处理器能自动调节压力大小和频率。

适用范围：
美国柯惠抗血栓压力泵系统Kendall SCD™ 700 Series Controller可在无创情况下使下肢血液流速比基准值提高250%，因此能有效预防和减少DVT及肺栓塞的发生率。
1、ICU，骨科，普外科，妇科，整形外科，神外，泌尿外等；
2、卧床或制动时间超过72小时；
3、年龄超过60岁；
4、多发性创伤特别是盆腔、髋部或下肢骨折，脊髓损伤导致截瘫，偏瘫；
5、大中型手术中及术后；
6、静脉血管损伤如静脉曲张、静脉炎患者；
7、血液粘稠度增高者如严重感染、脱水患者；
8、血液高凝状态；
9、既往有深静脉血栓或肺栓塞病史者；
10、合并有心衰、呼衰、中风或恶性肿瘤等各种高危因素的患者群。

医保收费标准：项目为气压治疗、医保目录为340100024；省级收费20元/45分钟/每部位，市级收费15元/45分钟/每部位，纳入报销比例100%。（一般治疗为1小时-3小时/天）；
